Art in the open, public environment represents the most democratic form of artistic discovery and experience. Public art surrounds us in our everyday life, and it is offered not only to the few regular visitors to exhibitions and galleries. It shapes us, gives us impulses and creates reactions. It becomes a vital part of our visual reality.
